Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Client Servicing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business needs and ensuring successful delivery of projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person) to pitch our company, understand requirements, pitch ideas and present concepts.
• Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and pitch decks for new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely execution of projects by coordinating between internal departments and the client.
• Maintain and update project trackers, client reports, and data analysis using Excel.
• Drive deal closures by converting leads into confirmed business opportunities.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns, activations, and other client-facing deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Strong presentation and pitching abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
