Candidate Profile: 1. Understanding of mutual fund types, asset allocation, SIP/STP/SWP flows. 2. Ability to explain portfolio performance and goal tracking to clients. 3. Excellent verbal communication skills for meetings and calls. 4. Understanding of KYC basics, risk profiling, and client data privacy norms. 5. Ability to work closely with operations for transaction execution and client servicing requests. 6. Client-first mindset, proactive service attitude, and ability to build long-term client trust. Job Profile: 1. Conduct client onboarding meetings, explain service offerings, and complete risk profiling exercises. 2. Communicate Mutual Fund recommendations based on client goals, risk profile, and time horizon. 3. Schedule and conduct periodic client portfolio reviews (half-yearly or annual). 4. Track and report goal progress (education, retirement, wealth creation, etc.) through portfolio review reports. 5. Handle client servicing queries related to transactions, non-financial changes, statements, and app usage. 6. Ensure all client communications (email, WhatsApp, call) adhere to compliance guidelines and approved templates. 7. Liaise internally with the operations team to ensure smooth transaction processing and client servicing. 8. Educate clients about digital platforms for portfolio tracking, transaction submissions, and self-service. 9. Maintain and update client records, meeting notes, and service logs systematically in CRM/software. 10. Drive client satisfaction and referrals through timely, personalized, and high-quality service delivery. Qualifications: Min.3 years of experience in the Mutual Fund Industry QPFP / CFP / CWM Certification (Completed or willing to do post joining) NISM VA Certification (preferred or willing to complete within the joining period) Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Commerce preferred) Show more Show less
