Job Description

About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Manager with a strong background in event management to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of events and campaigns while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. The role requires exceptional communication skills in English and Kannada and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee event planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, operations, and logistics, to ensure flawless execution of events and campaigns.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients, clearly communicating event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure timely delivery of all client requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback post-events and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in event management or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing client accounts, coordinating events, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with event management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
