Client Servicing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our event management team. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client objectives, and ensuring the flawless delivery of event solutions that exceed expectations. Job Location: Hyderabad Salary: 4LPA to 6LPA Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients. Identify partnership opportunities Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand Maintain existing business Understand client needs and translate them into actionable event briefs. Liaise with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure timely and quality delivery of events. Oversee end-to-end project execution from client onboarding to post-event feedback. Present proposals, pitch ideas, and lead client meetings with confidence and clarity. Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to client retention and growth. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables in line with client expectations. Handle on-ground event coordination when needed. Prepare post-event reports, collect feedback, and identify improvement areas. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the event management or advertising industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. A creative mindset with an eye for detail. Willingness to travel and be present at events when necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
