Client Servicing Manager

Job Location: Hyderabad

Salary: 4LPA to 6LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable event briefs.
• Liaise with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure timely and quality delivery of events.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from client onboarding to post-event feedback.
• Present proposals, pitch ideas, and lead client meetings with confidence and clarity.
• Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to client retention and growth.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables in line with client expectations.
• Handle on-ground event coordination when needed.
• Prepare post-event reports, collect feedback, and identify improvement areas.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the event management or advertising industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Willingness to travel and be present at events when necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
