Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, client-focused, and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic event management team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between the client and our internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the successful planning and execution of events.


Salary Expectation: INR 360,000 LPA


Job Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli)


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client objectives, expectations, and provide strategic input.
  • Maintain long-term relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service.


Project Coordination:


  • Liaise with internal departments (production, creative, logistics, etc.) to ensure project requirements are understood and executed effectively.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Support in the creation of event proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.


Event Execution Support:


  • Be present on-site during events to support client needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders as required.


Communication & Reporting:


  • Prepare regular updates, progress reports, and feedback documentation for clients and management.
  • Handle client feedback and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the event management or advertising industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside normal business hours, including weekends, as required.
