Job Description : At The Wedding Trunk, we specialize in hospitality and logistics management that turns weddings into deeply personal, seamless celebrations. We are seeking a poised and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to lead client relationships, translate vision into structured plans, and ensure impeccable delivery across every stage of the wedding journey, from planning through on-ground execution and closure. The role involves managing both city-based and destination weddings, requiring strong planning skills, adaptability, and comfort with on-ground execution across locations. Location: Andheri, Marol Working model : Onsite Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday would be an off unless required) Timings : 11am to 6PM. Budget: 4-6LPA Experience : 3+ years Responsibilities: Manage client relationships from onboarding to post-event closure Understand client vision, priorities, and budgets, and translate them into clear plans Lead client meetings and create concise presentations, timelines, and requirement documents Coordinate hospitality, logistics, and vendor deliverables with internal teams and partners Coordinate multi-city and destination wedding logistics, including travel, stay, guest movement, and on-ground execution Manage rooming lists, guest movement, schedules, and on-ground logistics Track deliverables, approvals, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution Anticipate risks, handle last-minute changes, and resolve issues during live events Represent the brand with professionalism and discretion during events Conduct post-event wrap-ups, documentation, and internal handovers Requirements: 3+ years of experience in luxury weddings, events, hospitality, or client servicing Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving parts Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure Client-first mindset with strong relationship-building ability Comfortable with on-site event work and extended hours during events Prior experience working on destination weddings or large-scale multi-day events is a strong plus
