Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• School Onboarding
• Initiate and manage the onboarding process for new schools.
• Collect essential data from schools, including timetables and student information.
• Logistics Management
• Oversee the delivery and distribution of kits to schools and students.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Educator Integration
• Introduce assigned educators to school staff and students.
• Conduct technical checks to ensure all required equipment and software are functioning properly.
• Parent and Teacher Engagement
• Organize and conduct parent-teacher meetings and orientations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for queries from students, parents, educators, and schools.
• Reporting and Feedback
• Collect and compile weekly feedback from students and educators.
• Gather and provide detailed reports from educators to schools and parents.
• Documentation and Media Collection
• Capture photos, videos, and testimonials from students, parents, and educators.
• Maintain a centralized repository of media for promotional and reporting purposes.
• Assessment Management
• Collect and organize assessment papers efficiently.
• Facilitate the assessment process and ensure the timely distribution of certificates.
