Client Servicing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Client Servicing Executive/Manager to build strong client relationships, manage advertising campaigns, and act as a bridge between clients and internal creative/design teams. The role requires a deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and packaging design trends. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact point for assigned clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships. Understand client business goals and translate them into creative briefs for internal teams. Coordinate with design, digital marketing, and content teams to ensure timely project delivery. Manage multiple advertising and design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets. Present concepts, campaign strategies, and reports to clients in a clear and compelling manner. Track project performance and client satisfaction, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships. Conduct market research to support client strategies and help the team stay competitive. Stay up to date with advertising trends, media innovations, and packaging innovations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in client servicing in an advertising or creative agency. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset. Knowledge of branding, packaging, and digital marketing campaigns. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with FMCG or product-based clients. Basic understanding of design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) is a plus.
