About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to act as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their marketing needs, and ensuring seamless project execution in collaboration with the creative, design, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaigns on time
• Ensure client expectations are met with quality and timeliness
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and status updates
• Manage timelines, budgets, and approvals across multiple projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing at an advertising/marketing/digital agency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
