We’re Hiring: Client Servicing Executive at Skyline BDC.

In this role, you'll work closely alongside experienced designers, copywriters and senior client servicing professionals on real branding, campaign and digital projects. You'll not only manage timelines and communication but also learn how strategy and creativity come together to shape powerful brand work.

If you've worked on brand case studies or supported communication across different industries, that experience will bring valuable perspective to our work and we'd love to hear about it.

What You'll Get To Do:

• Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding their needs and helping deliver timely responses.
• Work closely with our internal teams to understand briefs, organize deliverables, and see how great work is built from the ground up.
• Join in brainstorms, brand strategy discussions and creative idea reviews and add your voice!
• Learn how to translate a brief into creative action with mentorship from seniors.
• Track deliverables, approvals and deadlines to ensure projects run smoothly and stay on schedule.
• Learn how to conduct market and competitor research to add context and insight to our creative approach.
• Observe and assist in campaign presentations, client reviews and post-campaign reports.
• Assist the Senior Client Servicing Manager as needed to ensure seamless client servicing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 2 years in client servicing, preferably at a creative, branding, or digital agency
• A strong communicator who’s curious, proactive and willing to learn from senior team members
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines and not afraid to ask questions
• Familiarity with digital platforms and a willingness to explore new tools (AI experience is a bonus but not a must)
• Comfortable working with designers, writers in a hybrid setup
