We’re Hiring: Jr. Client Servicing Executive

Mumbai (Hybrid) | Experience: Less than 2 years | Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

About the Role -

Are you a natural communicator with a love for branding, digital content, and campaigns? Skyline BDC is looking for a Jr. Client Servicing Executive to bridge the gap between our clients and creative teams. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, ideas-driven agency where design, strategy, and digital thinking come together.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication & coordination.
• Translate briefs into actionable tasks for design, copy, and digital teams.
• Assist with research, trend-mapping, and adding insights to projects.
• Track timelines, feedback, and deliverables to keep campaigns on point.
• Support with decks, reports, and presentations (Google Slides, Canva).
• Participate in brainstorms and learn the ropes of end-to-end brand projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Less than 2 years of client servicing experience in a creative agency (internships count).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or similar.
• Strong written & verbal communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Google Slides & Canva.
• A collaborative spirit, curiosity for trends, and eagerness to grow.
• Comfort working with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) to support research & ideation.
