Junior Client Servicing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Junior Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day client communication, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience or a Mass Communication background who is passionate about advertising and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between clients and internal creative, design, and digital teams.
• Understand client briefs and communicate requirements clearly to the internal team.
• Support in creating campaign proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure on-time execution.
• Maintain client relationships by providing prompt updates and addressing queries.
• Support senior client servicing executives in day-to-day account management.
• Track and report campaign performance, ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an advertising/creative/digital agency (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
• Good understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
