Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Campaign & Project Coordination
• Work closely with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns/events.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns, from briefing to final delivery.
• Monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Strategy & Insights
• Assist in preparing campaign pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct market/industry research to provide insights for client campaigns.
• Suggest innovative formats and ideas for client engagement.
• Revenue & Growth
• Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
• Support in identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensure client retention through consistent value delivery.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for clients highlighting performance and ROI.
• Maintain internal documentation of campaign timelines and deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,221.95 - ₹16,000.00 per month
