Client Servicing Executive

We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive to manage and grow high-volume client relationships, ensuring their digital needs (Website, SEM, Ads) are met. 

You'll collaborate with internal teams, propose solutions, and stay updated on industry trends to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. Excellent communication, time management, and strategic thinking skills are essential.

• Understand client goals and digital marketing needs (Websites, SEM, Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategy and development.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-volume clients for organic growth.
• Provide solutions to meet client needs and ensure timely service delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for key clients and internal teams.
• Negotiate and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare and present client reports, conduct meetings.
• Measure and analyze key account metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Identify new client opportunities and drive revenue growth.

• Digital marketing coursework is a plus.
