Client Servicing Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Understand client objectives and business challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, creative) to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and prepare performance reports for clients.
• Handle client queries, issues, and escalations with a problem-solving mindset.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
• Ensure contract compliance and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and deliverables.
• Support business development efforts by providing inputs on client needs and market trends.

🔹 Required Skills:

• 2 – 5 years of client servicing, account management, or relationship management experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused attitude with a solution-driven approach.
