Client Servicing Executive

• Account Executive | 1-3 years | Salary - 5.5 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive - Client Services team. The ideal

candidate should come with proven experience in managing client accounts within an

advertising/creative agency environment and be able to lead client relationships, ensure smooth

project execution, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and effective project

management

● Brief and coordinate with internal teams – creative, strategy, digital, and production

● Assist in developing strategic campaign approaches based on client objectives

● Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital and mainline channels

● Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients

● Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure quality control before final delivery

● Prepare client presentations, campaign reports, and performance summaries

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat

business

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 1–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency

● Proven experience in both digital and mainline advertising

● Exposure to campaign strategy, planning, and execution

● Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

● Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
