Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance overall service delivery.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Job Requirements
