Client Servicing Executive - Events

As a part of the Silver Arrows Experience Marketing team, your role will involve Client Servicing, Event Planning & Conceptualization. You will play a crucial part in creating memorable experiences for our clients by planning, conceptualizing, and organizing events with flawless execution. Your success in this position will be defined by your ability to turn creative ideas into reality, effectively manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Event Planning & Conceptualization: Brainstorm and develop innovative event concepts, themes, and engagement strategies. - Client Servicing & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and ensuring smooth execution of events. - Event Organization & Execution: Provide support in structuring and managing events from the initial idea to final implementation. - Vendor Research & Coordination: Identify and collaborate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to bring event concepts to life. - On-Ground Event Operations: Be actively involved in the execution and management of live events. We are looking for individuals who: - Are Fresh Graduates with a background in Hospitality, Event Management & Media studies. - Have a passion for events, experiences, and brand activations. - Possess strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. - Have a creative mindset with attention to detail and innovative thinking. - Are willing to travel for events and work in a hybrid setup. - Are proactive problem solvers who excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
