Our office is in Bandra West, Mumbai.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at DreamSequence. The job role requires:

• Being the single point of contact for clients across brand, digital, and production mandates.
• Translating client briefs into clear debriefs and internal tasks for creative, production, and design teams.
• Working seamlessly with our creative team to ensure high-quality project delivery as per our clients' needs and expectations.
• Managing timelines, deliverables, revisions, and approvals.
• Ensuring projects move from brief → scripting → production → delivery → invoicing smoothly.
• Tracking feedback, ensuring changes are implemented correctly, and preventing last-minute surprises.
• Coordinating shoots, vendors, production schedules, and internal resources when required.
• Presenting work to clients confidently — not just forwarding internal outputs.
• Maintaining high-quality communication: crisp emails, timely updates, and zero follow-up fatigue.
• Keeping documentation, trackers, and project sheets updated in real time.
• Providing strategic inputs, always, and creative inputs, where required.
• Representing DreamSequence in a polished, confident manner in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising agency, production house, or creative startup.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re the buffer between clients and the creative team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of video production, digital ads, creative workflows, and branding.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and demanding clients.
