Role Summary

The BD + Client Servicing professional will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing end-to-end client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of events and brand activations. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship management, activation planning, and on-ground operational coordination to deliver impactful brand experiences while driving revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (BD)

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in corporate events, brand activations, experiential marketing, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns
  • Pitch integrated event and activation concepts aligned with client marketing objectives
  • Understand client briefs and convert them into commercially viable event & activation proposals
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and activation-wise commercials; negotiate with clients
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Track competition, market trends, consumer engagement formats, and activation innovations

Client Servicing (CS)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across events and brand activations
  • Manage client expectations and maintain long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, activation staff, promoters, vendors, logistics) for smooth execution
  • Plan and manage on-ground brand activations including malls, corporate parks, retail outlets, roadshows, exhibitions, and sampling activities
  • Ensure timely approvals, deliverables, and communication with clients
  • Supervise on-ground execution, manpower deployment, and activation reporting
  • Handle client feedback, changes, and escalations professionally
  • Ensure events and activations are delivered as per agreed scope, budget, and timelines
  • Post-event / post-activation reporting, ROI analysis, billing coordination, and closure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
