• Knowledge of the social media and digital content landscape.
• Understanding of platforms, content formats and analytics.
• A keen interest in the dynamic nature of digital trends and audience consumption patterns.
• Experience in managing and developing new client relationships within the full lifecycle of the account - from onboarding, ongoing account management, technical troubleshooting, to reporting.
• The ability of being meticulous, detail oriented and focused in driving daily conversations and deliverables (internal & external).
• This role also requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life.
• Understanding of B2B marketing of digital technology products and solutions is a must.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include:

• Thinking for social and digital while ensuring client delight
• Managing key projects with efficient execution across cross-functional teams
• Cracking briefs, processing and executing client projects independently
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of projects
• Maintaining trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage
• Driving and increasing value across existing clients.
• Planning, strategizing and execution of campaigns
• Creating monthly and quarterly reports to determine efficacy and meet KPIs.

Preferred qualification is BMM/ Diploma or PG in Advertising/ Marketing/Brand Management, or related field.
