Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support to clients and vendors across the procure-to-pay lifecycle.

• Assist vendors with registration, document submission, and resolving onboarding queries.• Validate Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders before issuance to vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Review and validate submitted invoices before they are sent to finance for approval, ensuring they meet client and compliance requirements.

• Act as the first point of contact for vendor and client queries related to procurement and payment processes.

• Liaise with the technical team to resolve system-related or functional issues encountered by users.

• Maintain accurate records and trackers for POs, invoices, and vendor registration status.

• Communicate with clients and vendors via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensure consistent adherence to internal SLAs and client-specific process guidelines

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,218.35 - ₹15,446.90 per month
