Role Description

Client Servicing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide complete support to clients and vendors throughout the procure-to-pay process.
• Assist vendors with registration, document submission, and onboarding queries.
• Validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and completeness.
• Review and verify invoices before forwarding them for finance approval, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for vendor and client queries related to procurement and payment.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve system or process-related issues.
• Maintain and update records, trackers, and documentation for POs, invoices, and vendor status.
• Ensure adherence to internal SLAs and client-specific process requirements.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and vendors via email and phone.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
