As a Client Servicing & Strategy Executive in our advertising agency, you will bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring that creative solutions are strategically grounded and aligned with client goals. You will manage day-to-day client communication, lead strategic thinking for campaigns, and collaborate closely with creative, digital, and media teams to deliver high-impact work.

 

Key Responsibilities


Client Servicing & Relationship Management


·      Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and assigned clients.

·      Build strong, trust-based relationships by delivering consistent, proactive and value-driven communication.

·      Understand client brand objectives, market position and expectations thoroughly.

·      Manage briefs, approvals, feedback loops and timelines efficiently.

·      Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely updates.

Strategic Planning & Insight Development


·      Work closely with the strategy lead to develop communication strategies, brand positioning and campaign roadmaps.

·      Conduct research on market trends, competitor campaigns, audience insights and category behavior.

·      Translate client briefs into clear, actionable strategic directions for creative teams.

·      Contribute to pitch decks, brand workshops, campaign strategy presentations and case studies.

·      Evaluate campaign performance data to derive insights and recommend improvements.

Project & Campaign Management


·      Oversee end-to-end execution of creative and digital campaigns—from brief to delivery.

·      Coordinate with creative, digital, production and media teams to ensure seamless workflow.

·      Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality output within deadlines.

·      Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services based on client needs.

·      Ensure all creative output aligns with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.


Skills & Qualifications


·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.

·      1–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising or creative agency (preferred).

·      Strong understanding of brand communication, digital marketing and campaign processes.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

·      Ability to think strategically while managing detailed execution.

·      Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets.
