Client Servicing and Business Development Manager

Role Overview: As an experienced professional in the event industry, your role at 5C Experiential Services will involve transforming ordinary events into extraordinary experiences through creativity and meticulous planning. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing project timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring deliverables are met within deadlines. You will play a key role in growing key accounts to maximize profitability and oversee end-to-end event execution, from planning to delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with client vision and objectives. - Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines. - Grow key accounts to ensure more business & maximum profitability. - Oversee end-to-end event execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery, while managing budget and timelines. - Develop and present compelling pitch decks and project plans in collaboration with the creative department. - Address and resolve client inquiries, requests, and issues promptly, handling escalations with minimal Director involvement. - Monitor client satisfaction and foster repeat business by delivering high-quality events and maintaining strong client relationships. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects. - Manage and supervise a team, ensuring efficient work processes and effective project completion. - Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance client offerings. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Event Industry (Mandatory). - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good at organizing and multitasking. - Capable of developing innovative event concepts. - Should have hands-on experience in corporate & social events.,
