One of our esteemed clients is seeking a passionate Client Servicing and Account Manager to join their team. They are a leading BTL (Below-the-Line) solutions agency specialising in visual merchandising, space décor, in-store branding, and creative design execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client goals, challenges, and brand positioning to deliver tailored BTL solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams—design, production, and execution—to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop and present creative and strategic proposals that align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to overall business development efforts.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within a BTL, creative, or experiential marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of in-store branding, visual merchandising, and space décor.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to solving problems and delivering value.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Design, or a related field (preferred).
