Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Representative based in New Delhi, with some work from home acceptable. The Client Services Representative will handle client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, manage client accounts, and maintain financial records related to clients. Day-to-day tasks include resolving client queries, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer service.

• Excellent Communication skills and Customer Satisfaction orientation
• Financial knowledge relative to client account management
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
