Client Services Manager

You will be working as a Group Account Manager at Zurich Graphics, a 30-year-old real estate-focused branding and creative agency based in Vadodara, Gujarat. Your role will involve acting as the business-facing and client-servicing lead, focusing on lead follow-up, client relationship management, creative brief articulation, and project delivery coordination. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist the Head of Agency with lead follow-up, tracking, and conversion. - Build and maintain an organized tracker of prospects, pitch status, and actionables. - Initiate and manage early-stage communication with inbound and outbound leads. - Prepare and deliver pitch presentations, brochures, and company credentials. - Translate client discussions into detailed and actionable briefs for internal teams. - Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to ensure alignment with client expectations. - Drive internal kick-off meetings, track timelines, and ensure project hygiene via status documentation. - Maintain professional and timely communication with all clients throughout the project lifecycle. **Minimum Qualifications** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields. - Minimum 3 years of agency-side account or project management experience. - Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
