Client Services Manager

Job Description: You will be responsible for building relationships with college management and student bodies. Your role will involve coordinating with the Digital Marketing team, colleges, and students for organizing webinars and events. Additionally, you will efficiently handle and maintain data on CRM to ensure improved management. Providing exceptional after-sales service to existing clients will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Requirements/Qualifications: - Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream - Proven experience of 2+ years, preferably in an EdTech or College Societies/Clubs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Winning mentality with key skills such as Patience, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
