About us: Hitbullseye is a leading provider of education products, services, content, and test preparation, driven by technology and innovation. With a strong presence in schools and colleges, we offer a wide range of solutions, including SaaS-based B2B platforms, competitive exam prep (online and offline), a chain of K-12 schools under the "Mindtree" brand, and B2B services for college branding and admissions. Role Description: Engage with leads through calls and convert prospects into virtual meetings or school visits Travel to schools to conduct demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers. It will include occasional travel across India, as required. Achieve sales targets through direct conversions or by supporting Business Development Managers in the allocated cities Maintain an accurate record and report of all existing and potential clients in CRM Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure renewal Requirements: Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; preferably in the educational sector Good personality, communication skills and confidence for events/seminars Winning mentality with key skills such as Patience, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Business development: 1 year (Required) total work: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Show more Show less
