With a passion for design excellence and a commitment to client satisfaction, we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team and elevate our client experience to new heights.

We’re seeking a Client Service Manager to be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The role focuses on relationship building, smooth project execution, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Understand client goals and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution.
• Handle client feedback, issues, and escalations.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare client reports and performance updates.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business/Marketing/Communications (or relevant field).
• 3+ years in client servicing or account management.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM/project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Civil Lines, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Client service management: 3 years (Required)
