Client Services Executive

You are an energetic client service executive sought by a leading Marketing Communication agency located in Aurangabad. Your main responsibilities include building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective marketing communications strategies, analyze client objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape to create comprehensive campaign plans aligning with client goals and brand guidelines. Additionally, you will build a content calendar for clients, develop content for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters, monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients. Communication with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person is vital, along with identifying and resolving client queries, maintaining detailed and accurate client records, and building long-lasting business relationships. Timely and professional responses to client queries are essential. To be considered for this role, you should be a graduate from any discipline (BBA, MBA, or any graduate) with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in client management.
