Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive based in Mumbai. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, conducting follow-ups, and analyzing client feedback to improve services. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients. Qualifications Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in Business Relationship Management Strong Analytical Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with CRM software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field MBA graduate / Any graduate with minimum 9 months of work experience in sales and relevant field. 65%+in 10th and 12th 60%+ in graduation Interested in sales and servicing Show more Show less
