The role This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in Kolkata. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients, addressing their needs, analyzing client feedback, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires excellent analytical skills and dedication to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The requirement Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and maintaining client relationships Excellent Analytical Skills for understanding and responding to client needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn faster Minimum 2 years of experience in Advertising Academic Knowledge in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not a must) A creative mindset The experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Advertising/marketing Show more Show less
