The role This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in Kolkata. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients, addressing their needs, analyzing client feedback, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires excellent analytical skills and dedication to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
