Job Description

As a Client Servicing Executive at Alliance, your main responsibility is to facilitate effective communication between clients and the agency while providing exceptional service. Your key role involves managing client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and collaborating with internal teams to offer customized staffing solutions. Ensuring client satisfaction, retaining business, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality recruitment services are crucial aspects of your position. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their staffing requirements are comprehended and fulfilled. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, building trust, and establishing long-term partnerships are essential. Regular meetings, feedback sessions, and addressing client concerns promptly are part of your client relationship management tasks. Keeping clients informed with clear timelines, updates, and progress reports is vital to manage their expectations effectively. In-depth discussions with clients to comprehend job descriptions, qualifications, and specific requirements for open positions are necessary. Collaborating with the recruitment team to align with client objectives and ensure accurate placements is key. Providing advice on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and best talent acquisition practices is part of your responsibilities. Ensuring completion of all required documentation and processes as per client agreements and agency standards is crucial. Monitoring progress of staffing assignments and placements to ensure timely services is essential. Resolving client issues promptly and efficiently to achieve positive outcomes and monitoring client satisfaction metrics for necessary improvements are key tasks. Identifying opportunities with existing clients, assisting in presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and renewals is part of supporting business development. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, job orders, and candidate placements is essential. Generating regular reports on client status, job performance, and feedback for internal and external stakeholders is part of your reporting and documentation duties. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 1-3 years in client servicing, account management, or similar role in staffing/recruitment industry.
