Some of the things youll be doing:
Build relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs andconcernsFulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers via phone orelectronicallyResearch, analyze, review, and process legal documentsProvide excellent client service to both internal and external clientsManage client portfolios and organize workflow to meet clients time frames anddemandsData entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documentsNavigate between multiple databases quickly and accuratelyRecommend process improvements where applicableMaintain and grow existing client business by providing outstanding service and byrecognizing and proactively offering appropriate services .What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?At least 5+ years of experience working in a customer service or administrative capacityEnergetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAttention to detail and accuracyStrong prioritization and time-management skillsFlexibility and agility, with the ability to multitaskProblem-solving skillsStrong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSalesforce experience a plus
