Location & Work Schedule:

• Preferred locations: Bangalore and Mumbai.
• Expected to attend office initially for onboarding, then monthly.
• Afternoon shift preferred to align with US and EMEA clients.

Experience-6-8 Years

 6–8 years of professional experience (flexible based on quality).

• Background in project coordination and management, client services, and financial operations.
• Experience in clinical trials or pharma is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
•  The Clinical Trial Payments Department acts as an intermediary between:
• Clinical research sites (hospitals, labs, investigators)
• Sponsors (pharmaceutical, biotech companies, CROs)
• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to sites conducting clinical trials.
• Two verticals:
• Site Solutions – handles contract setup and invoice processing.
• Client Services – project manages the payment lifecycle and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned clinical trial studies.
• Coordinate with Site Solutions to ensure timely payments.
• Lead kick-off and regular payment meetings.
• Perform gap analysis and reporting.
• Troubleshoot payment issues and manage resolution.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance and documentation standards.
• Initiating and planning projects.
• Managing tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Preparing meeting agendas and minutes (MoM).
• Tracking progress and conducting gap analysis.
• Budget planning, execution, and adjustment.
• Reporting and oversight of study delivery.
• Presentation and documentation skills.
