Client Service Executive

The role of Client Servicing Executive requires a Graduate with fluent verbal and written communication skills in English to deliver exceptional customer service. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with customers on a daily basis, addressing and resolving complaints and queries, determining the root cause of issues, and providing effective solutions promptly. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all required service parameters are met and maintained to enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include resolving service problems by understanding customer complaints, meeting both active and past clients regularly, coordinating with partners and clients to update their profiles, converting leads provided by SEOs, and introducing innovative ideas to enhance user experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments, manage creative mandates for assigned clients, participate in brand and media planning, and contribute towards achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
