Summary:As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for seamlessly delivering services to the client. Your typical day will involve overseeing work assignments, ensuring that teams are committed to their tasks, and managing the quality of their work. You will also be tasked with monitoring financials and driving overall people management within the team. Additionally, you will keep a close eye on service delivery metrics to ensure that all targets are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in service delivery.
