Job Description

As a Client Service Associate at Krishnapal Singh Company, you will have the exciting opportunity to interact with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and English (both spoken and written) will be essential in ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries regarding products or services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update information in the company database.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using MS-Office tools to communicate key information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to existing clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Provide administrative support to the client service team, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing documentation.
