The Client Representative Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering strong, long-term relationships. This role involves addressing client needs, resolving issues, and delivering solutions that align with client goals and company offerings. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing timely support. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong business relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services. Track and report client feedback to improve services and offerings. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Customer-focused with attention to detail. Previous experience in client relations or customer service (preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
