"Client Relationship Manager"

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Servicing

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client financial goals and coordinate with advisors for suitable solutions
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and service requests

Portfolio Support & Coordination

• Assist clients with investment processes, documentation, and onboarding
• Coordinate with operations and advisory teams for smooth execution
• Share portfolio updates, statements, and periodic reports with clients
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements

Client Engagement & Retention

• Conduct regular follow-ups and review calls
• Educate clients on investment processes and market basics
• Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention levels

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure proper KYC, FATCA, and other regulatory documentation
• Follow AMFI / SEBI guidelines and internal compliance policies
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM data

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
