Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager to be the single point of contact for all our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication, trust, and efficiency between clients and our internal teams. You will manage high-profile relationships, coordinate with the creative team, and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between The Animal-i and our clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-profile clients.
• Gather and relay client requirements effectively to the creative and strategy teams.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee submission of invoices and follow up on timely payments.
• Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and providing regular updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or relationship management.
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle high-profile clients with care.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
