Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager, your role involves ensuring all client leads are met post order placement and that existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. It is important to always seek genuine feedback from clients and provide continuous support from order to collection. Your responsibilities also include resolving client queries, providing information about company products/services, and serving as the main point of contact for complaints or issues that need to be escalated. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all client leads are followed up on promptly and effectively - Provide after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction - Request and act upon genuine feedback from clients - Resolve queries and questions from clients in a timely manner - Communicate with clients and colleagues confidently through both verbal and written channels - Act proactively and understand client needs to provide suitable solutions - Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products/services - Be readily available to communicate with clients via calls - Collaborate closely with clients to address their concerns and retain their loyalty Key Qualifications for Client Relationship Management: - Polite and courteous demeanor - Strong ability to follow up rigorously on client interactions - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Adaptive to different circumstances and able to act accordingly - Proactive approach towards client satisfaction - Comprehensive knowledge of products/services offered - Availability for client communication via calls Experience required: 2-3 years Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Please note that as a Client Relationship Manager, it is essential to maintain a minimum distance of 30-45 minutes from the office. Additionally, it is advised that you sit with the Managing Director twice or thrice a week to understand client queries better and provide support to retain clients.
