About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounts, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting in an Indian business context. The role demands accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments. Prepare, verify, and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards. Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance, including filing of returns. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany balances. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in audits (internal and statutory) and coordinate with auditors. Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions and ensure data accuracy. Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
