Client Relationship Manager

As an Outdoor Sales Manager for a reputed luxury jewellery brand in Hyderabad, your role will involve driving direct sales among High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI). You will be responsible for expanding the exclusive clientele base through home visits, private showings, and personalized relationship-building. Your strong network among high-profile individuals and families in Hyderabad or surrounding regions will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying, engaging, and onboarding HNI clients, including celebrities, industrialists, politicians, and top bureaucrats. - Conducting outdoor and home visits to showcase jewellery collections in a discreet and curated manner. - Leveraging contacts in the luxury wedding, hospitality, and event management sectors to build a steady pipeline of high-value leads. - Collaborating with the in-store and marketing teams to plan client-specific activations and private viewing events. - Delivering exceptional client service with a deep understanding of luxury preferences, heritage design, and bespoke jewellery. - Maintaining detailed client databases and nurturing long-term relationships. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 4-7 years of experience in outdoor/relationship sales, particularly with HNI/UHNWI segments. - Background in sectors such as luxury hotels, luxury event planning, banquets, premium gifting, or wedding consulting. - Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence, discretion, and high grooming standards. - Proven ability to work independently and meet revenue targets through direct, relationship-led sales. Preferred Qualities: - Prior experience in luxury jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion/lifestyle products is a plus. - Ability to curate personalized sales experiences and understand ultra-luxury buying behavior. - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
