Job Description

To be primarily responsible for managing client relationship, client engagement, addressing client needs, relationship building in the field of Financial Product Distribution, primarily Mutual Funds. Administrative Support: managing schedules, arranging meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Client Communication: maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing updates on various matters. Documentation and Record Keeping: maintaining client records, updating databases, Research and Analysis: conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing reports to support decision-making processes. Relationship Building: building and nurturing client relationships by providing timely and accurate information, coordinating with different departments, and addressing client needs in a proactive manner.
