Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients Act as the primary point of contact for client communications Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service Monitor client performance, satisfaction, and retention Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients and management Meet or exceed assigned revenue and relationship goals Required Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Problem-solving and negotiation skills Customer-focused mindset Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or client servicing Experience in handling clients and managing accounts (preferred) Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted based on role level) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Client satisfaction and retention rates Revenue growth from existing clients Achievement of relationship and sales targets Work EnvironmentFull-time role May require client meetings and occasional travel
