Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and workforce plans. - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication. - Provide consultative recruitment solutions, offering market insights and hiring strategies. Requirement Closure & Sales: - Collaborate with clients to define job descriptions and hiring criteria. - Work closely with recruiters to ensure prompt candidate submissions. - Negotiate contract terms, salaries, and fees to successfully close hiring deals. - Meet or exceed placement targets and revenue goals. Recruitment Coordination & Process Management: - Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate placement. - Ensure seamless coordination between recruiters and hiring managers. - Monitor recruitment pipelines and track hiring progress. - Maintain and update client records in CRM or ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Market & Business Development: - Identify new business opportunities by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent market insights. - Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen partnerships. Required Qualifications & Skills: - 3+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or recruitment sales. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing, and talent acquisition strategies. - Proven ability to negotiate and close hiring deals. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with CRM, ATS (Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, etc.), and recruitment software. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and hiring requirements effectively. Preferred Skills: - Prior experience in IT, BPO, or niche recruitment sectors. - Strong network within the recruitment and staffing industry. - Ability to upsell and cross-sell recruitment services.,
