Position: Relationship Manager

Location: Onsite – Girinagar, Bengaluru

Work Schedule: 6-day work week

Base Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

Experience: 1–2 years in Portfolio Management or Investment Advisory

Equityna is a 13-year-old Portfolio Management and Strategy Advisory firm, managing ₹20 crore across 250 clients. As we scale our business team, we seek a Relationship Manager who thrives on trust-building, client education, and strategic upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with 250+ existing clients
• Conduct periodic client reporting and performance reviews
• Handle objections and concerns during volatile market conditions
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant investment strategies and services
• Lead onboarding of new clients with a consultative approach
• Deliver impactful presentations in meetings and industry events
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain CRM hygiene and client communication logs

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a Portfolio Management or Wealth Advisory firm
• Strong interpersonal, client management and consultative selling skills
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
• Proficient in PPT presentations and client-facing communication
• Self-driven, empathetic, and customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a structured, non-target-pressure environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
